New to the area, and just looking for a quick, cheap place to move in too? Try the Oakrun Apartments. They are well maintained, but more crime is bound to happen here rather than the other neighborhoods.

Just a small upgrade from the Oakrun Apartments, the Hope Ridge apartments are a little fancier. Crime still happens here, but not as much compared to Oakrun.

Want to get out of the apartments, but can't afford to move to Redd Estates? Try Cherry Point. It's a rather large neighborhood, with mostly affordable prices. A little less crime happens here.

The most expensive place to live, the Redd Estates only has a few select homes - but they are huge! Most of them being six+ bedroom and four+ baths. But if you have saved up enough, why not indulge in the rich lifestyle? No crime happens in Redd Estates.
